No matter what happens, your first family vacation will be an unforgettable experience. So it’s wise to make sure the memory is joyful rather than something you’d really like to forget.
New parents often make the mistake of underestimating how challenging it is to travel with kids — and, the younger they are, the more challenging it is. Kids have a lot of stuff, they get hungry, they get tired, and when they don’t feel like rolling with the punches, they let you know about it.
But don’t let this deter you from taking a family vacation! With the right preparation, your trip will go as smoothly as possible and everyone will have a good time. But how to prepare? The infographic below, How to Plan Your First Family Vacation, contains easy-to-digest tips for hitting the road with confidence.
Naturally, taking all the right steps in preparation of your trip cannot guarantee 100 percent satisfaction. We all know that when traveling, the unexpected is bound to occur — traffic jams, delayed flights, long ticket lines, etc. Nevertheless, by following the tips in the infographic, you’ll weather those unexpected storms in the best frame of mind possible — and that includes not only you and your spouse, but your children as well.
Start enjoying your next vacation now!

I’m one of those who are meticulous when it comes to planning. When I was assigned to plan the family vacation Summer last year… I seriously wanted to cry! I’m not kidding! Like, when you get the census of those who will be joining… As the date is approaching, two or three wont be able to go and I already worked on the budget, the vehicle, hotel reservations. Thank you very much for this infographics, I’ll be sure to keep this for future use!

Family vacation is one of my favorite. We have planning to go in Cebu for my Fathers birthday however due to Covid-19 pandemic we decide to cancelled it for our safety. Hoping to end this crisis soon and back to our normal lives. Stay safe 🙂
